By degree, a cultural anthropologist, a graduate of postgraduate coaching studies at the Faculty of Management at the University of Łódź and at the School of Social Innovators (INSPRO) of the Civil Affairs Institute, an educator. Author and trainer for non-formal education trainings: anti-discrimination trainings (Edukacja do różnorodności eng. Education for diversity, SAFE), trainings in civic education (Jak się Łodzi powodzi? eng. How is Łódź doing? and Zagraj w miasto eng. Play the city), global education trainings (Wysokie koszty niskich cen eng. The high costs of low prices), training in theatre pedagogy (educator at the Pinocchio Theatre in Łódź, and the Theatre of the Oppressed). Soft skills trainer: of communication (assertive communication, Non-Violent Communication), of self-management, of mindfulness. Graduate of the COMETS Understanding and Facilitating Individual and Group Learning Processes course for trainers. Coordinator of EOG, Swiss Fund, FIO, POKL, MKiDN, and Erasmus+ projects. Sexual educator involved in the campaign Sexual Education Poland. Originator and author of two local newspapers, educational board games “Jak się Łodzi powodzi?” (eng. “How is Łódź doing?) and “Zagraj w miasto” (eng. “Play the city”), also an author of a children’s book “O pięknych królewiczach i dzielnych księżniczkach” (eng. “Of Beautiful Princes and Brave Princesses”). Member of the Management Board of the Tkalnia Association.
Has worked at the Dialogue Center since 2017 as coordinator of the Łódź of Four Cultures Festival. Working at the Dialogue Center is like an adventure in terms of organising an interesting, varied event that provides great excitement and a lot of fun.
