I’m a Polish philologist, theatrologist and editor, all by education. Being a manager, curator, producer and animator of cultural life of Łódź is both my profession and passion.

An area that holds a special place in my heart is contemporary art created with children and young people in mind. Activities in the field of cultural education give me a sense of deep meaning, in the context of building a dialogue between children and adults that are close to them.

I’ve been working at the Dialogue Centre as a Chief Educational Project Management Specialist since September 2021. The aim of my function is to create a space for the intergenerational experience of culture and art.

I come from Bałuty and its topography is in my blood. Therefore, when I was thinking about my place in the culture of Łódź, the Dialogue Centre has always been an obvious choice for me. Attentiveness – with which the creators of this institution look into both the local stories and the specifics of this institution, as well as on the universal and crucial ideas of diversity, openness and tolerance – is a quality that is close to my heart.
