On 17th June at 6 p.m., during the open lectures, citizens of Łódź will have a possibility to learn about different aspects of the history of the Litzmannstadt Ghetto that existed in Nazi-occupied Łódź between 1940-1944.
We would like to invite you to a debate “Oblicza zagłady. Spór o Rumkowskiego” [„Aspects of extermination. Controversy about Rumkowski”]. PhD Mikołaj Mirowski will talk with PhD Monika Polit and Andrzej Żbikowski.

We would like to invite you on 12^th June 2014 at 6 p.m. to a meeting with Prof. Andrzej de Lazari and Prof. Oleg Riabow as well as PhD Magdalena Żakowska, the authors of the book “Europa i niedźwiedź”. The debate about the thesis from the book will be taken up by Prof. Przemysław Żurawski vel Grajewski and PhD Adam Kola.

13th May, 18.00 pm we’d like to invite you to a spectacle „Coming to see aunt Sophie” – a play by Arthur Feinsod, based on Jan Karski’s biography.
