The exhibition “Memory Dialogues. The Łódź Workshops 2016 | 2017 | 2018 is the product of three years fruitful workshop collaboration with universities from Poland, Norway and Germany. On the 28.10 at 6 pm, we invite you to attend an opening of the exhibition with introductions from Thomas Lewe and Iris Anne Osen (VUC), project initiators and developers of the exhibition.

30th INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF COMICS AND GAMES IN LODZ 27-29 September 2019  Expo-Lodz, al. Politechniki 4 invites for meeting about comics book "Edelman". On 28 th and 28 th of September there will be meeting with authors: Maciej Cholewiński and Michał Arkusiński. 

On the 6th of October we organized a trip to Warsaw to see the city of Marek Edelman. Cost: 80 zł. Trip organized toghetger with Otwarta Rzeczpospolita and Stowarzyszenie Marka Edelmana.

The film is kind of an answer for a call made by Marek Edelman, the former commander of the Warsaw Jewish Ghetto Uprising who witnessed the extermination in the Warsaw Ghetto throughout its existence. He published a book based on his own experience 'And there was love in the ghetto...'  Although inhuman conditions, a lot of marvelous things happened in Ghetto. In war times, people became very attached to each other, as the loneliness was hard to bear. People could not live without love and extreme situations made it very clear. This film is about love which suffused peoples lives, often very short ones.
